Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by MrAudioBook.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Unopened or orders with manufacturer's defects that were delivered more than 30 days ago will be eligible for an 80% refund. Such an order will receive only a partial refund if you do choose to return it. If you still wish to return it, be sure to include the packing slip in the box, and ship the order to the address below: Exchanges If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, mail it to the address below and request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to the address below (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
